When you book for an hour - it's a full hour of massage - Not missing the few moments before as you are in the room getting ready for your massage. The active release techniques, knowing when more pressure and less pressure is warranted, and knowing how just the body is put together helps target my problem areas effectively. I would recommend Refine Wellness. :)

Harry is the penultimate masseuse. And, this might seem far fetched...but he loves cleaning hair out of drains in sinks and bathtubs. "For his pleasure", whatever that means. And he'll do it for hot wings! Can't beat that!! Please ask him about this on your next visit!!!!

I called Refine Wellness on Saturday to see if I could book an appointment on Sunday. I was unable to reach anyone so I left a voicemail with my details. To my pleasant surprise the own called me back right away and he had said there had been a cancellation on Sunday afternoon and that he was able to book me in with Amanda Hilton. Very good massage therapist, would definitely see her again. I would give a 4.5 stars if possible. She was a little conservative massaging upper leg and lower back. That could be really good for someone a little more on the conservative side.

This treatment really helped me a lot. I am now able to walk a lot better and do some things I was unable to do before.
