It was really beautiful and the staff were delightful. There is room for improvement which I'm sure they will do being a new business. My remedial massage was too soft despite asking her to go harder. They didn't supply hot moist towels to wipe off the oil, the essential oil that I paid extra for, was very weak in scent, usually before my feet are massaged, they get wiped with a warm moist towel, this didn't happen, there was no candle or diffuser in the room to make the place smell nice and the one in reception was not on. The music was a bit more upbeat than spa like. Still, would go again

I recently visited Lan Massage, and it was an incredible experience. The spa is warm, inviting, and beautifully designed, making it easy to relax the moment you step inside. The staff are incredibly friendly and make you feel right at home. I had a relaxation massage with Amy, and I can honestly say it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Her skill and attention to detail were outstanding. The experience was made even better with the lovely touch of a welcoming drink before the massage and fresh fruits afterward. I will definitely be coming back!

A fantastic massage by Nook! I loved that she started off with some stretching. I requested medium pressure and this was exactly what I received. She asked me at the start if I had any problem areas and she perfectly timed my message so they were attended to. A lovely slow paced massage which is just what you want when relaxing. I have already recommended two people to visit the spa since. Will be back soon! Thank you Nook 😊

Linda is definitely one of the best beauty therapists. Herself and Spring Spa are high end Beauty Specialists. Their new location at Tree Tops shopping centre is beautiful and you are always made very welcome. Do yourself a favour and make a booking.

Was greeted warmly by the consultant and made very welcome. I booked the deep cleanse facial and had the cleanse, exfoliant, steam and extractions. The consultant asked me a few times how the steam was or if I was ok with the extractions which was very good customer service. The consultant was very nice and professional, but I didn’t feel the pampering experience. The last time I had a facial at Spring Spa, the consultant Lucy was excellent in her flowing technique massaging my face and decollage. This time my experience with this consultant was just ok, felt like me just cleaning my own face.

Tive minha primeira consulta ontem. Sandra foi super atenciosa do início ao fim, explicou todo o passo a passo do tratamento de peeling e esclareceu todas as dúvidas. Foi super transparente com cada etapa do processo e seus sintomas e hoje acordei com mensagem dela perguntando como estava a minha pele.

Marlo Lane is such a beautiful space. Britt is such a warm and lovely person, who takes a lot of care in her work. She ensures you are 100% happy with your brows or lashes. Plus the pricing is very good. Highly recommend!

Sandra is amazing! I had a very relaxing spa pedicure this afternoon. Afterwards I felt like I had new feet! I am so blessed to have met Sandra after a giveaway at my workplace. Fabulous from the beginning ! Filipina receptionist was so professional and greeted us so warmly. We had a couples signature lan package and our therapists were Evilin & Bella. They were so so great. Made us feel like we were in a 5 star resort style spa. They explained everything that we’d be doing, made sure we were comfortable and tailored the massages exactly how we liked. Thankyou ladies !
