She checked my skin and made recommendations, not of products but of the journey. She advised to take a package since I was counting cents and this gave me hope. She never asked for to change my products and for that was a win, often whenever you go they try to sell one products more than anything else and it’s usually a turnoff for me. She understands that my skin is sensitive and that I have minimal pain tolerance. She is always eager
