Ella is such a perfectionist in what she does. I was really nervous about having my brows microbladed she put me at ease and talked me through the process and involved me with every step of the way. Great Ella made me feel comfortable and relaxed, she explained the whole procedure of the microbalding of each stage she was doing next continuously asking and making sure I was happy with how the brows look, given care package to leave with, will be recommending her to others.

Ella is amazing - professional, knowledgeable and friendly. This was my second visit for my eyebrow top up. Unfortunately I bled a lot this time (I clearly hadn’t followed the ‘do not’ list prior to my appointment) so the procedure took longer and Ella was mindful not to put unnecessary stress on my skin so gave me some breaks. My eyebrows look fantastic and I honestly can’t thank her enough. I would recommend Ella (and Emily) 100% - I won’t be going anywhere else for my micro blading/fusion treatment. The salon is absolutely immaculate. Thank you.
