Ella is such a perfectionist in what she does. I was really nervous about having my brows microbladed she put me at ease and talked me through the process and involved me with every step of the way. Ella was very patient and considerate with my needs as I have some difficulty with my first procedure. She made sure I will be comfortable all throughout. She is also exceptional in making sure that her work is close to perfection. I had a microblade and lip blush and I loooove the results. I would surely recommend designing faces.

I had a wonderful cryo facial today with Tammy. Tammy is so professional and knowledgable - there is nothing she does not know about skin and how to keep it looking good and healthy. Active Clinic offers some of the most high tech treatments I have come across and when you are old and vain they are exactly what I need.

Great Ella made me feel comfortable and relaxed, she explained the whole procedure of the microbalding of each stage she was doing next continuously asking and making sure I was happy with how the brows look, given care package to leave with, will be recommending her to others.

Ella is amazing - professional, knowledgeable and friendly. This was my second visit for my eyebrow top up. Unfortunately I bled a lot this time (I clearly hadn’t followed the ‘do not’ list prior to my appointment) so the procedure took longer and Ella was mindful not to put unnecessary stress on my skin so gave me some breaks. My eyebrows look fantastic and I honestly can’t thank her enough. I would recommend Ella (and Emily) 100% - I won’t be going anywhere else for my micro blading/fusion treatment. The salon is absolutely immaculate. Thank you.
