I always see immediate visible improvement that lasts longer than expected whenever I come for a facial here. Sharifah also keeps notes on all her customers so that she can monitor and advise on our skin condition whenever we come next. No hard-selling and always so pleasant. I always look forward to my next session with The Organic Room. :) I highly recommend this place especially if you don't like painful extractions.

The lady was very thorough in doing the sugaring. The whole process was without pain and efficient. Great advice was given for my dry skin and ingrown hair. On top of that, it was reasonably priced. Will revisit and Thumbs up! :)

My first time here and the owner, Sharifah was patient and had a gentle & soothing touch. Interior was cozy and well decorated. I had the eye treatment, sugaring for half leg, ear candling and eyebrow tinting. She shared about my skin condition and how I can improve it over time. She shared useful tips for a better wellness which I really appreciate. Definitely will be coming back! Thank you!

Sharifah has been my go-to for full Brazilian sugar wax since March 2021. Not only is Sharifah offers affordable market pricings (flat 60 for full brazilian), she is meticulous in her waxing, and she always uses organic products so for people with sensitive skin (like me), her stuff really works. Before I found her, I was getting waxed at sugared but I didn't like how sugared would charge $10 if you didn't come back within a month to get an upkeep wax. Most of all, Sharifah is warm and accommodating. She feels like a sister, and I always look forward to seeing her. 10/10 would recommend.

Centrally located at orchard road with unbeatable price range. The staff so far the best I have seen among the aesthetics salons. No hard sell no forced packages, you can really relax without fearing they will sell you things at the door. A must go!!!!

I had 5 treatments which the first two were done by Kelly and three by May. Both are great. May is great in terms of understanding my issues. I had three different treatments from May which I'm happy with. She gives me tips on how I can prevent from having dry skin. Looking forward to seeing her at her new location. I like the no hard sell but I don’t think I was explained very clearly on what my first free treatment was, and I wanted to experience a chemical peel, but the peel didn’t feel any difference on my skin. . Experience felt basic.
