It was perfect to have use of the anti gravity massage chair before my float today; really enhanced the whole relaxation experience. So much so, that after my float I chose to add on the use of infra red sauna and opted to use the chair again! I was so relaxed I didn’t want to leave Mederi, I floated out the door reluctantly! This really is a lovely, uplifting, relaxing space. Thank you, Vivian, for looking after me.

I had a much needed float today and feel so much calmer and more relaxed for an hour of weightlessness. I also tried the anti gravity massage chair before my float and highly recommend it, will definitely be adding that to all floats from now on! Excellent service from arrival to when we left. The float experience is already pretty amazing, relaxing and recentering, however the ambiance sets the tone right from when you walk in the door.

I’ve been a regular visitor to the OFC for a year now, but today I had my first go in the Hot Yoga Sauna! The whole experience was Utterly amazing! The sauna itself is large enough for 3 or 4 people but I self indulgently had it to myself. I was able to connect my phone via Bluetooth so I could listen to a guided meditation which enhanced the experience even more! Hannah and Zoe were as attentive as always and the centre itself is such a beautiful relaxing space….I’ve come away feeling totally rejuvenated! Can’t wait for the next session next week 🧡

Wonderful. Feeling relaxed and rejuvenated after a neck and shoulders relaxation and breathwork session with Hannah, followed by a 30 minutes warmth in the infrared sauna. I love this place and can't recommend highly enough.

First time going to Mederi and definitely won't be the last. Hannah has created such a relaxing and welcoming place. I had a 30 minute session in the Anti Gravity massage chair, wierd but wonderful experience all in one.

Had a major migraine when I walked in. Very relaxing float used the neck ring for support. Used massage chair for 15 mins to compliment my float. Did feel lighter walking out. Slept for hr when I got home. Feeling so much better.

My daughter and I had a spa day together. We had a very relaxing experience. First we enjoyed a one-hour massage, then we had a half-hour infrared sauna, and last we went into the floatation tank for 60 minutes. In between we enjoyed resting in the sitting room, where we were given tea. The atmosphere was calm, and Kate was very attentive and friendly. We felt warmly welcome and that we'd want to do this again. Thank you guys x

Incredible, so relaxing. Have never felt so relaxed before. The staff are always so welcoming and we feel relaxed as soon as we walk in the building. The hour floating is so relaxing and feels like a great amount of time. Would recommend to everyone!
