I have had numerous massages over the years but this reflexology session was something special. Catherine has a gentle, intuitive approach. The massage combined with the aromatherapy oils and the beautiful inviting space was just spot on and I left feeling so zen! She also gave some useful self care tips to do at home. I was transported to a place of deep relaxation and floated out of he room afterwards. The openness in my body has stayed and I have slept incredibly well since the treatment.
