Catherine’s treatments always feel so much more than a facial or a massage. I have been having monthly appointments for the past year and this recent one was my favourite yet! I have had numerous massages over the years but this reflexology session was something special. Catherine has a gentle, intuitive approach. The massage combined with the aromatherapy oils and the beautiful inviting space was just spot on and I left feeling so zen! She also gave some useful self care tips to do at home. Elaine was amazing! I booked a 60 minute full relaxation massage for my partner’s birthday before a lunch at the Sportsman only a few minutes away. She absolutely loved it! Elaine was really helpful from the start and made the whole experience a delight and wanting to book again. The plus side for me was that I was also able to go for a swim in the sea whilst waiting. Such a great find
