Had a massage yesterday at Brighton Massage with Michael and it was a great experience from start to finish. The space felt calm and welcoming, which immediately helped me switch off. Michael was friendly and put me at ease straight away, and we even had a bit of a laugh which made it feel really natural. The massage itself was excellent, just the right balance of relaxing and effective. The hour genuinely flew by. I left feeling refreshed, looser, and properly looked after. I will definitely go back again.

Absolutely the best massage I've ever had. Lisa is the most wonderful massage therapist in Brighton! And I've tried many places. I have been seeing Lisa for a few years now and always come away feeling lighter. Lisa is very skilled at hitting all the right points of tension with a very firm pressure (she will adapt to what you ask for - she really listens). Lisa has recently set up her new business in this new location and the atmosphere of her room is very beautiful, cosy and relaxing. My favourite is the Thai Fusion or Deep Tissue massage.. I can't recommend her enough.

I’ve been suffering with chronic pain in my left hip for some years now, this was after an accident and due to the injury being neglected, the joint has become very stiff and sore to work with, Helen’s work with the Sarga technique was and is amazing, so much more strength and consistent pressure skimming across my fascia, I felt instantly relaxed, Helen’s intuition was great, she knew instantly when to ease off and apply more when needed. Thank you Helen, I will be back, and referring you to friends and family.

Good experience and pedicure looks good. Unfortunately - did not notice until I got home - she has accidentally cut the skin down side of my big toenail - a lot of dried blood. Cleaned it up and bleeding again. Nothing you can do but thought I should share. Hoping the tools are kept clean 🤞

Today was my second visit. My first was for personal care. This time I took the opportunity to have a hot stone massage. It’s been quite a few years since my last massage and all I can say is ‘Fantastic’ I entered with incredibly tight calve, shoulders and back muscles. My treatment with Helen was superb. Prior to the appointment we had discussions about my health conditions and how the treatment would be tailored to work with them. On the day a further consultation was done to follow up. The treatment itself was thoroughly relaxing, I left feeling calm, refreshed and unknotted 🤩

The sarga massage was fascinating. It was very relaxing despite Helen being able to get deep into fascial tissue. I felt extremely exhausted after the massage: I’m guessing because it was shifting ‘stuck’ fascia. I’ll be back to experience more.
