Excellent as always. I have regular massage sessions with Charlotte and she is excellent. Every visit is a very positive experience. Charlotte is very professional, caring, and makes you feel comfortable throughout the session. I always leave feeling much more relaxed and my body feels better afterwards. The treatment really helps to release tension and improve my wellbeing. I highly recommend Charlotte to anyone looking for a good massage therapist. I always look forward to my next visit.

They are all so friendly and so professional. I have never had my hand nails spine so well on. Brighton and my first ever gel toe nails treatment today with pedicure was just amazing and Sophie was more thorogh with shaping my awkward toe nails than any podiatrist I have been to before! And the gel is vegan. I won’t be going anywhere else! Suzi

Lisa is very talented. I’m recovering from a shoulder injury and carrying a lot of tension, but my sessions with Lisa have helped enormously. She seems to work very intuitively to seek out problem areas and release them. She also has a lovely relaxed and personable manner. I highly recommend her.

We were in Brighton for the weekend and managed to secure last minute bookings (due to cancellations) for Mini Spa Treatment Package at Wellness&Beauty. We received a warm welcome from the friendly staff. I enjoyed a range of treatments, including a full body aromatherapy massage, facial, foot massage and back scrub. Gloria did a great job tailoring the massage to my preferences. I felt very relaxed and de-stressed after the session. I had a fantastic experience. All of the staff were lovely and Shadi really looked after me, giving me helpful recommendations and aftercare advice. If I return to Brighton I will definitely come back in.

My first time here but felt very comfortable & welcomed. I had a back neck & head massage which felt amazing with just the right pressure, all the tension I was holding has now gone. I also had the add on face cupping.. also recommend ! Such a great feeling. Thankyou x
