Really great experience with Gemma. I’ve dabbled in Aryuveda lightly so it was great to hear more about the doshas, the way it affects the body. The massage was brilliant too.. super relaxing, as was the space - very clean and calming.

I came to see Ali after a week of intense cycling, my legs and body were sore and tight. I booked a deep tissue massage and it was exactly what I needed. Ali expertly targeted the areas that were holding the most tension, providing the perfect balance of pressure to release the tightness. By the end of the session, I felt significantly more light, relaxed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend for anyone needing serious muscle recovery!
