Pete is very professional and took the time to explain what he was going to do and how it would benefit me. I went to see Pete with tension headaches and neck and shoulder stiffness. I was given specific exercises that would benefit me with a follow up message with further information. I have visited a few Sports Massage Therapists over the years and I can honestly say this is the best deep tissue massage treatment I have received. I would highly recommend and I will definitely be going back. Thank you.

Work on the hamstrings, tensor fasia lata, glues, and hip flexor is reducing lower back pain. A few minutes work on the right shoulder and there is reduced pain and that shoulder is nowlower. I am very pleased with the results. Pete knows what he is doing. I am in good hands!

Excellent. Muscles felt much better after the massage.

Very meticulous explaining what he was doing as he went along,warned you when the deep massage methods were being deployed to get to the root of the problem.
