The best hour of my month! Connie always does exactly as I ask. She is pleasant but leaves you to relax during your massage. She sends you off with bottled water and a post massage snack! Highly recommend!

I had a massage booked with Wayner he was very professional and did an amazing relaxing Swedish massage. He was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I would definitely return in the near future

I found Peak Health and Wellness through my insurance company and Mary did amazing job. She went above and beyond my expectations and she did soft , caring massage that gave me a relaxing feeling. I will definitely go back to her again. She has a magic hand touching skills and she knows where to treat when you tell her about your concerns.

The staff was professional and made me feel at ease right away. My massage therapist, Mary was outstanding! They took the time to understand my concerns and tailored the session to my needs. Their technique was both skilled and intuitive, addressing tension areas with the perfect amount of pressure. I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated.

She was very effective and finding trigger points and sore spots. First therapist I’ve been to that does PNF stretching. Used a mixture of massage techniques including cupping, vibrations, and percussion. Enjoyed my massage with her and felt sore but better after.
