I have had a few appointments with Clarissa from Inner Glow at MPH. I highly recommend. She's very knowledgeable about the gut and the colon and she's happy to share what she knows. Her manner is relaxed, supportive, friendly and fun. She put me at ease and somehow managed to make pleasant an otherwise daunting experience. She's amazing.

The relaxation massage was great. However, I booked a 1 hour massage and it it lasted for only 45 minutes. I booked it as a treat for my birthday and was very disappointed by this. My booking was from midday, but by the time I filled out forms, removed clothes etc it was about 12.10 & the masseuse left the room at exactly 12.53. I actually wasn’t even aware that she had finished. When I book & pay for 1 hour I expect 60 mins not 45 mins. Also, their website states that it’s in a large, blue building, when in fact it is in a small grey building, with very little signage.
