I have had a few appointments with Clarissa from Inner Glow at MPH. I highly recommend. She's very knowledgeable about the gut and the colon and she's happy to share what she knows. Her manner is relaxed, supportive, friendly and fun. She put me at ease and somehow managed to make pleasant an otherwise daunting experience. She's amazing.

The infrared sauna experience at Samsara Health is, in my opinion, a must have experience. It’s not only explicitly clean, comfortable and private, it’s an experience that enables you to fully immerse yourself in relaxation whilst you recover, revitalise or reset. The amenities are perfect and the care and service impeccable.

I have done the red light saunas here and 2x sessions of myotherapy with Jemma. The red light sauna is relaxing and pretty affordable for couples, with the choice of watching netflix or listening to music inside to get through the 45min session (haha). The myotherapy sessions have been a great help for me during pregnancy as my body and bones move and old injuries and new irritations arise, I will be sure to continue these each month so I don't end up in a pickle and can use my private health to help with costs for these sessions (depends what is included in your private health).

I had such an amazing time. My facial was so relaxing, I nearly dozed off a couple of times...and my skin looked and felt really good afterwards. I will definitely choose Clarissa for my next one. I felt so relaxed and comfortable with her.

Beautiful facilities- thoughtful touches of fresh towels , filtered water / drink sachet and lovely washes in the shower. The staff were welcoming and friendly and for a newbie like me ran me through everything I needed to know. This was my first Infared sauna and I’m a convert and will definitely be building it into my weekly routine of self care. I left feeling detoxed, refreshed and relaxed and like I had done something really beneficial for my health.
