Sarah is great. Personally, I like a firm, hard massage, and Sarah's fingers are strong! She is so knowledgeable about natural therapies and the impact of particular massage on your biology. I love going to her for reflexology and deep tissue body massage. Her space is peaceful, clean and professional. She's brilliant!

LETS START WITH THE LOCATION ... I DID NOT KNOW THIS WORLD NEAR WESTFIELD STRATFORD EXISTED ... A QUITE AND BEAUTIFUL SHOP ... CAR PARKING IS A STONE THROW AWAY, ANOTHER MASSIVE CAR PARK VERY QUITE ... WITH NICE VIEWS OF THE CANAL ... I WAS SCEPTICAL AT FIRST BUT I CAME OUT FULLY RECOVERED AFTER MY MASSAGE ... Sports massage was great! Super clean and comfortable environment. Gave me some great advice and suggestions to help me between massages and will definitely be going back again for another sports massage. Would highly recommend!

I had a deep tissue massage. I like a firm pressure and have pre existing injuries causing muscle tightness. The massage was spot on and I feel relaxed. I will be going back. If you need a massage and want a quiet relaxing spa in Stratford do t go anywhere else

I don’t know what your problem is, but I can guarantee you the answer is a massage with Sandra! She has the hands of a god! It feels like she’s been at this for decades but that simply can’t be true because she’s not in her 80s! Checked in with how was I feeling to help me pick an oil at the start (LOVED that I got to choose), asked about pressure, listened when I told her about wanting some focus on upper back/shoulders. She proceeded to do some incredible move with her forearm which quite literally melted a knot in my shoulder! Sandra is awesome - can’t recommend more highly!

I had such an amazing experience in the treatment room at big. Beauty. I came in for “The Jawbreaker” as I’ve been feeling quite stressed lately. Rebecca has magic hands that made me feel rejuvenated and completely refreshed. Coupled with her beautiful, calming energy it really was a perfect treatment that left me feeling lighter and more at ease.
