This massage is designed to be both therapeutic and energizing, targeting the deep muscles and connective tissues to alleviate tension, loosen tight knots, and relieve pain. A traditional ayurvedic practice that promotes lymphatic cleansing, supporting the natural process of detoxification in the body. Recommended if you are feeling sluggish, lethargic, have constipation or have a taxed immune system. Also, great for late winter into spring, when Kapha can be accumulated in the lymph and create stagnation. It is performed using raw silk gloves to brush the skin firmly and quickly. This is a great ad on before any massage, particularly Abhyanga.

Each session is tailored to your specific needs and will evolve over time, ultimately helping you access a deep state of relaxation and find a sense of inner peace and balance that you can carry with you into your daily life.
