Reflexology is based on the ancient Chinese belief that qi or vital energy flows through each person. When the qi is blocked, there is imbalance which can lead to illness. Reflexology involves applying pressure to points in the feet, hands and ears which are thought to correspond to different parts of the body. The massage releases stuck energy and promotes healing and wellbeing. In addition, the soothing touch provides relief from stress and anxiety. There are no oils or lotions, and treatments take between 30 minutes and 1 hour and 15 minutes. Book reflexology massage in Gorman on Fresha, and enjoy the rebalancing and revitalising effects.
