I have had many massages over the years (several have been sports massages) and none of them even compare to how professional and knowledgeable Bal was. His prices are really fair and he doesn’t try to up sell you in any way. It’s clear what a genuine person he is and how much he cares about his profession and his clients. Bal was really knowledgeable and helped me to understand muscle groups I need to be working more, as well as tips to maximise reps during sets and things to monitor such as water intake and specific muscle performance. Really pleased with the quality and duration of the tissue massage.
