I had the Palm of Feronia facial with Olivia and it was truly the best way to spend a heatwave day in London. The treatment was tucked away in a cool, relaxing room with a beautiful energy. I had an ice tea to begin and Olivia finished with ice globes for extra cooling. A beautiful energy and thorough but relaxing experience - I left feeling lifted, glowing and a few hormonal spots I was struggling with feel much calmer and less inflamed today. A great reminder to slow down and take care of myself - can't recommend enough!

Another lovely visit to my fave London clinic, this time to have my first ever skin peel. It was a lovely treatment, no discomfort whatsoever. Dr Katharine explained everything that she was doing along the way and I left feeling like I had a relaxing Facial! After just one treatment (and immediately after!) my skin feels smooth and clean, looks soo much brighter and my pores minimised! #glowing thank you!!!!

Siân was so knowledgeable and welcoming, making my first ever Deep Phyto Peel a breeze! - yes, I went all in! She explained everything clearly and ensured I was comfortable throughout. I had such a good experience at Fresh Face London this is my second time with them. Whitney was amazing she explained everything to me so clearly and took the time to make sure I understood each step of the process. She has also frequently checked in with me afterwards to see how my skin is doing, & quick to respond to any concerns or messages which I really appreciated. I felt looked after. I’ve already started to see improvement my skin feels smoother and looks more even, even at this early stage. Excellent experience at MG Osteopathy & Sports Injury Clinic. I went in for dry needling and massage therapy due to severe neck and shoulder pain with very limited neck mobility. When I arrived, my pain level was around 9/10, and my neck was constantly aching. After just one treatment session, my pain dropped to around 2/10. By the next day, my neck felt significantly looser, more mobile, and almost completely pain-free. Highly recommend MG Osteopathy if you’re looking for effective physiotherapy treatment, dry needling, or sports injury therapy for neck and shoulder pain.
