Chloe was amazing, kind, knowledgeable and very patient! She was very focussed on her work, super gentle with the tools and made sure to check in with me on the progress of my nails !! I changed my mind on a 3d art for a few nails and she willing removed it and started the process all over again on going cat eyes for all. I felt bad but she was super understanding and kind about it. Thank you Chloe for such an amazing experience :) would definitely recommend - most gentle nail tech I've ever had

Tracy absolutely saved the day! I smudged my nails right in the middle of dress shopping and was stressing about it, but she took me and completely redid it. The result was flawless—you couldn’t even tell anything had gone wrong. She was quick, professional, and so kind the entire time. It really made my whole day better. My experience was wonderful. Andrea was fantastic and it was one of the best facials I've had. She was both gentle, and yet had the perfect amount of firmness. The arm massage was the bomb. My only critique was that someone quietly came into the room a couple of times which was distracting, but that had nothing to do with Andrea's amazing facial. Highly recommend a facial with Andrea.

Absolutely great atmosphere, as soon as you enter the establishment! The receptionists are very attentive and polite, always welcoming you with the smile, which sets the mood right away. My lashes were done in Australia and I was worried I would not be able to find someone in Toronto to do the fills. My worries were unwarranted because Natalia is wonderful. She is a perfectionist which is needed for great looking lashes. My lashes look amazing!!!
