I booked in with Gemma at The Nest Dubai for a full head of highlights and couldn’t recommend her enough! She really listened to what I wanted and the changes I was hoping for, and the result speaks for itself — beautifully blended, natural, and full of dimension. The last time I had a facial it was a pretty bad experience, so I’d been hesitant to book another one for a while. Carolina was recommended to me and she completely changed my mind. She was very professional throughout and created such a calm, relaxing environment that I actually fell asleep during the treatment. She was gentle with my skin but still very thorough. After assessing my skin, she also gave me helpful advice tailored to what I actually need and suggested some realistic changes to my routine, rather than just pushing the most expensive products. Overall a positive experience.
