I just saw Olay at Mike & Kals. It’s hard to find the words to explain how good the experience was. The whole salon were just super friendly and relaxed people. So many hairdressers say ‘well what do you want?’ But aren’t so great when you say ‘what do you suggest?’ I can’t remember the last time someone has brought out the book of colour samples and explained what they thought might work and why. It’s so nice to leave a salon feeling beautiful when you walk in feeling tired and gross. It’s not just about the hair. it’s just an energy that some salons have that isn’t that common these days.
