This was my first time coming to this spa in Worcester and it was a lovely experience! I had never tried gel manicure before and the friendly staff walked me through it and also helped coordinate my appointment so I could sit next to a friend who made an appointment too. My nail technician was Emma, who was so nice and sweet and welcoming. She checked in at each step to make sure the style and color and cut were what I was looking for. I love the result and will definitely go there again! Costs are reasonable, the staff are health conscious and keep everything sanity and safe. Great experience

Amazing experience. They greeted me right away as I walked in, had me pick out a nail polish color, and as soon as I was done doing that they had my pedicure chair ready to go. The pedicure itself was sensational. I highly recommend adding the hot wax massage as it was incredibly relaxing. Everyone was very kind and I’ll definitely be coming back in the future.

Beautiful venue with a spa-like atmosphere. Great selection of polishes and color. I’ve been coming here since I moved to the area 2.5 years ago. Tommy has encyclopedic knowledge of the polish colors and expertly recommends them to match your skin tone. That’s talent! Every employee has always been kind and professional and you can see the pride of ownership in all the details. Highly recommend trying LeFame!

This place is the best! I’ve been seeing Tiffany for three years and we’ve become friends in addition to her doing my nails and toes exactly as I want them. she knows me and gives me what I want every time, in both the color and the shape. Additionally I’ve gotten to know and love the other girls in the shop. Michelle is now my therapist and Whinnie cheers happy cheers every time I arrive. It’s always a wonderful and happy experience! I can not say enough good things about this Salon. It was inviting from the moment I walked in. The atmosphere is relaxing and Tony and Tommy are wonderful hosts and owners of the salon. Justin is absolutely amazing! He’s not only incredibly talented with nails, but he has the best eye for color. Fantastic experience at this nail salon! Nancy gave me the best charcoal pedicure I’ve ever had—so relaxing and detailed. The honey lotion she used was a dream: super moisturizing with the most delicious scent. My feet feel soft and refreshed! Tee did an incredible job on my short, almond-shaped dip nails. The shape is perfect, the finish is smooth, and the color is flawless. You can tell she takes real pride in her work. The whole salon is clean, professional, and welcoming. Rating 4 stars as the store offered to fix my nails, but I’ve run into schedule conflicts. The sample colors are off, they’re much lighter on the sample than on the nail. I was not asked about color until the dip was fully completed right before a top coat which fully revealed how dark the nail was - did not match a pedicure as requested, two very different pinks were used. I requested on my appointment to have only female techs and I had two men perform my services today, which made for an uncomfortable appointment that’s supposed to a treat.

Jess S took me last second, putting my needs before her own. She always listens to my concerns and bases her color and cut decisions based on those concerns. The salon is quite comfortable with a front seating area and ambient music constantly playing. I love my cut and color, and will absolutely be returning.
