Cathy was incredible! So detail oriented & really cared about the job that she was doing. They have great color choices at posh Polish. I’ve been to quite a few nail salons in the Indy area and this place is by far the best.

Finally found my go to salon. Online booking feature is fantastic and the service is incredible. The techs are very detail oriented and I love the wall of color they have to display options for dip, gel, and regular polish.

I saw Cathy today for a pedicure and a manicure and it was absolutely heavenly! I was so relaxed by the end of the afternoon! She removed gel polish from my toes and gave me an organic pedicure, which was so relaxing and my feet look great! She gave me a French manicure using dip powder and adding tips to some of my nails and they look amazing! I cannot recommend Cathy enough!

Helen is the best! She always takes time to make sure I love the shape, color, etc. She will make adjustments until she is satisfied with the work. I have been a consistent client for a year now because of her, and I plan to keep coming back!

Sophi was phenomenal! Very detail-oriented, meticulous, and friendly. The front desk associates (sorry, I don’t know their names) were very helpful and kind. They worked really hard to choose a color and type of chrome for me, in order to ensure that the nail design photo that I brought in matched what they had at the salon. I will be leaving my current salon, where I have been a client for over 5 years because my first experience at T & S Nails was so wonderful! I will also be sending my daughter and friends to T & S Nails!

I am reviewing for a dual appointment. This appointment was for both my husband and me. We both had mani's & pedi's. s usual, mine (with Mia) was incredible. She does not rush, she makes sure that the paint is perfect, and is also so KIND. This was my husband's first time at CHI, and he said it was the BEST pedicure he has ever had. We will, of course, be back. Such a great salon.

I visited this place for the first time today and it looks very elegent inside. My long time nail tech, Star is here! Im so excited about that because I love her nail art! She is hands down the BEST nail artist in Indianapolis. I have always been happy with her!! She's a 10Star!!!

This is my 2nd time at this place. Very nice & clean facility. I was a little disappointed because I did ask for my pedicure to have a french manicure done in a specific color & she painted my entire toes that color. It was just a language barrier, I am sure. She just didn’t understand why I was saying. I gave her a 4 because it was a good pedicure, but not worth the $63. The polish was gel, but that price for a basic pedicure & gel polish was a little much. Overall not a bad place & the young lady was good.

I had so much fun with my manicure today! I don’t have professional manicures often (maybe once every year or two!) This was my first dipping powder experience, and Chi was very helpful and patient helping me choose a color, and Jason was wonderful, answering my many questions about each step because I needed something that would last longer than traditional polishing. Very pleased with this salon, the set up, the owner, and the professionals who took care of me! I highly recommend Chi Nail Salon!

Since coming to this nail salon and having Lupita do my nails they have never felt this healthy and strong. When she does my nails my polish never peels or chips and I get so many compliments . So glad I found this nail salon and Lupita .

I was recommended by someone to get my nails done with Lupita (forgive me if my spelling is incorrect). It was my first time there and I came to get a full set of acrylic tips with a white french polish. Lupita did a great job, she was very attentive, and made sure to frequently ask if they were coming out the way I wanted them to. She was right on with the look I was going for, friendly and I was taken right away. I would definitely come back for my fill-in.

I had an amazing experience here. Kim did my nails and she was phenomenal—precise, gentle, and clearly skilled. She listened to what I wanted and delivered it perfectly. The shape, the polish, the detail… everything was on point. The shop was clean, the service was fast, and Kim made the whole appointment relaxing.
