I arrived on time for my appointment, but unfortunately, I still had to wait more than 20 minutes before they even started my nails. That being said, once they started, they did an amazing job! My nails turned out perfectly. The receptionist Nora was very sweet and welcoming, and Janel, the gel nail artist was quick, professional, and did an amazing job. Overall, I’m happy with the final result!

Visit Date: August 11, 2026 — 1:30 PM with JHAII (Hair Specialist) The salon is clean, well-organized, and welcoming. The receptionist was friendly, cheerful, and very helpful, and the service was excellent. JHAII, the hair specialist, was amazing and provided excellent service. I truly had a wonderful experience. Absolutely loved my experience at The Beauty Loft! 🤍 A huge thank you to Sarah for the most beautiful, clean French BIAB nails, I’m obsessed! And Yasmin did an amazing job on my hair with so much volume. One thing that really stood out was that they use a heat protection spray before styling, which not every salon does.
