This was my first visit to Serenity. I had Gel nails done by Lauren. Lauren was very welcoming and friendly. It was a really good experience and Lauren did a great job. I will definitely return.

I recently moved to Royston and was looking for a new place to go for a facial. I booked the Dermalogica Pro 60 with Agnes and she was absolutely incredible. The facial was amazing and so relaxing. I would highly recommend and would 100% be going again!

My appointment was easy to book, and I got confirmation immediately. The staff were professional and welcoming when I arrived. I booked a 30 minute hot stone massage followed by a manicure. I thought that I had booked a manicure with gel polish, but when it started I realised that I hadn't (completely my own mistake!) My therapist was completely understanding and quickly changed the manicure so that I would have the gel polish I wanted. The manicure and the massage were exactly what I needed on a Saturday morning! I would completely recommend Harmony Day Spa!

Lovely as always and very happy with my gel manicure. ESSE is a great place to treat yourself to some 'me time' and have stroll around the shop or to meet a friend for a delicious&healthy lunch or coffee. All the ladies working there are friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend a trip to ESSE.

Rio is a great asset to you. I was disappointed in the lack of varying colours for gel nails though. Please do get the trending colours, the colours available are not on trend anymore.

Agnes was fantastic! So quick but with superb attention to detail. She stepped in to help her colleague who want trained to do gel, as I wanted gel on my hands but had mistakenly booked regular polish. I really appreciated this as I know the normal polish would not have lasted long enough for my holiday.

As usual Amber was brilliant and I’m very happy with my nails. The only thing that lets her down is the quality of the nail polish available. It seems every time I go, the colour I choose is an old bottle, or a brand that doesn’t work very well, so after a few coats we have to start again with a different colour. It would be great if the manager can review all gel nail polish bottles and ensure the colours offered are actually available. It must be just as frustrating for the technicians as it is for the customers. Can’t fault the service or finish. I will definitely be back again.
