Honestly cannot wait to go back! I have been looking for "my" salon since I moved to Hamilton a few years ago and I can say Flo is now going to be my go to. The salon itself is extremely clean, Ashley was lovely to chat with and did an amazing job! I would highly recommend to anyone!

As always, had a wonderful experience at Flo. Becca helped to recommend a beautiful colour and they always remove the shellac from their prior manicure 💅. Everyone in the shop is welcoming and considerate. Highly recommend.

I just moved to Ancaster and this spa was recommended to me from a friend. Absolutely loved the atmosphere and cozy upscale vibe. Ruth did my mani and pedi like a pro and I enjoyed chatting with her. Definitely do the whites chocolate paraffin treatment you won’t regret it. Next Liza did my hair - colour, tone, treatment and cut, she is amazing you can tell she is experienced and really puts a lot of attention in to creating what you asked for. This will be my new place! Thanks ladies, the post covid self care was long overdue :)

It’s taken me a long time to find the best place in Hamilton for my nails and I finally did! I love coming here! Really clean space and everyone is super friendly! Alinsa always does such a fantastic job with my nails!

I tried out several nail places when I first moved to Hamilton and luckily found Flo and Alinsa !

I had such a pleasant, comfortable and relaxing experience! They did a beautiful job on my nails with prudence, care and detail. I highly recommend this nail salon in Hamilton, Ontario!

Had a nice time with Hannah she was wonderful As for the salon...... Nail polish could be displayed better ( crouching down to see all the colours and switching sides to find a colour) also didn't like the chairs for getting toe nails done. Thought it would be massage chairs not Muskoka chairs ( not comfy at all) Was a clean place though.

This was my first visit to the Spa on Wilson. I received a gift certificate and used it for the Red Roses 3 hour spa package. My aromatherapy massage with Claudia was excellent. Her technique and personality and professionalism made for a wonderful experience. My mani pedi with Ivanna was also excellent. She was meticulous with nail shaping, cuticle care, and polish application was flawless. Amanda was also helpful when I was booking the appointment and was able to accommodate my booking in short notice. I will return to the Spa on Wilson :)

Elise is magic with hair. I haven't really loved my hair in years but she has given me a cut and tips that make me feel like a new woman. If you feel like you have difficult hair give her a try, she is also amazing with colour and a sweetheart of a person.

Great first experience At the Spa on Wilson! The staff are so friendly and welcoming. Location convenient with parking. Elise has been doing my hair for two years and I went to the spa to see her. I am embracing my natural hair colour after years of colouring. Elise was able to tone my hair to blend in with regrowth. She is a wizard with colour. My hair feels so healthy too! I came and will continue to come to the Spa for Elise but I’m looking forward to trying some of their other services. Thank you for a wonderful first experience!
