Thando was great! The ONLY complaint I have was your ridiculous pricing for tips? R50 per nail like what the hell?! My 1st and last experience ONLY because of the pricing. I only had 2 thumb nails to be fixed, and I had to pay R100, almost the same price as a full gel set. You can do better! I had to eventually take a full set of tips instead which was R40 more. Daylight robbery! The rating is 4 Thando and her good customer service. If it wasn't for her, I would've rated terrible but because I didn't want her to look bad because she did an amazing job. Shame on you!!!!

Another satisfying experience at Boa, Cape Gate. The staff were friendly and helpful with choosing my nail colour. Dumisa did an outstanding job with shaping and painting my nails, she was attentive and Professional. I would highly recommend a visit!

I made a last minute booking to get my nails done and I am so glad that I managed to get a slot with Karen! My nails turned out even better than the inspo pic and I am so happy with the result. The thoughtfulness of an extra nail care pack to take home was an unexpected gesture that really made me appreciate the service even more. I absolutely love Dainty Touch! Anke is an amazing nail technician and takes so much pride in her work. Her attention to detail is incredible, and she's a true perfectionist. I have my nails done every 3 weeks and a pedi every 5 weeks, and I'm always so happy with the results. I've never had any peeling or lifting, and my nails always look flawless. Shannon is super kind and attentive and so passionate about her craft. All the way from her prep work to bringing my wild nail art designs to life. She took her time with the details and the end result was breathtaking! I am so happy with my nails. 😍 she is a true artisté! And if that wasn’t enough, she treated me like a princess while I was there, creating a relaxing environment and coming through with a delicious hot bev and cute sweet treats. What a lovely experience! Dumisa painted my nails with jelly gel and shaped them exactly the way I requested. While paying attention to detail, I appreciated her efficiency. I had previous bad experiences at other nail salons, but Dumisa was gentle. I will definitely request her as my nail technician on my next visit.

I had my first appointment today and it was such a wonderful experience! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcome and completely at ease. One of my favourite touches was that she puts on a movie for you to watch while she does your nails. It honestly felt like a little escape from work and home life. She was friendly, professional, and so attentive to detail. My nails turned out absolutely beautiful, and I left feeling relaxed and pampered. Today was her 1st day I loved her perfection and wish her well and really hope that she gets permanently employed today in order to be able to book with her again.
