Alway friendly and happy to accommodate any design requested. This is by far the best out of many nail salons in basingstoke! I love that you can pre-book ur appointment online, makes life so much easier. I also love the stamp reward card they offer, after going five times you get £5 off ur next appointment. Wouldn’t ever go to another nail bar again. Xx

Gem did an excellent job of my nails and brows. She took the time to understand what I wanted and we found a really fun nail design that is perfect. Gem was really friendly and so easy to talk to. I’ll definitely be booking again! :)

Love getting my nails done with Gem, they always look amazing also great chats and Gem is such a lovely person.

Great experience! I went in thinking I’d need to remove my gel powder extensions because I wanted my nails shorter and wasn’t happy with how thick the gel looked. But the nail technician really listened and helped me achieve exactly the look I wanted—including the color—without needing to remove the extensions I’d only had done three weeks ago. So happy with the results!

Amazing as always! Best nails and best company!

Professional and took the time to listen to what I wanted, and delivered. However, when it came to paying I was asked to pay £32, when I have previously paid £29. I was unsure why this was the case and I didn't bother asking why. The nail technician then said to just give him my old loyalty card which had 2 stars on it and he gave me a new one with 1 star and said that replaces the outstanding amount. I kind of feel that was a little cheeky as I paid £1 extra (website says £29) plus lost 2 stars... On the plus side, love my nails!

Very easy to get an appointment at a time that suits you. Friendly staff. Never get cut by the electric file which has happened previously at a different salon, they are very careful and know what they’re doing. Appointments are very quick and hassle free, taking nearly half the time to do infills than other nail salons I’ve been too yet my nails last longer. Thanks everyone at cocos
