What an amazing first visit to LeLuxe! From the moment I arrived I was so well taken care of. I really appreciated the time Neil took with me to explain services and pricing and making sure I could get the design I was looking for (I did!) And then there’s Cici, my nail tech. I had asked for a pretty complicated design (stained glass) and she absolutely nailed it (haha!) IT IS STUNNING! I can’t stop staring at my nails!!! She is a true artist and so talented. I will definitely be a returning client.

I had my nails done at Moxa Wellness today and had a really good experience. The nail technician was patient and careful, and my nails turned out exactly how I wanted. I also noticed that all the tools were properly sanitized and a fresh set was used for each client, which made me feel very comfortable. The space is clean and relaxing, and everyone was friendly. I’ll definitely be back!

I had such a wonderful experience here! The salon is very clean, and all of the staff are so friendly and fun to be around. They even offered me an Americano and hot chocolate, which was such a thoughtful and lovely touch. One thing I really appreciated was how they removed my shellac. Instead of using an e-file, they gently filed off the top coat by hand and used gel remover. They explained that they don’t like to overuse the drill because they want to protect their clients’ natural nails from unnecessary damage. I really respected their honesty and care for nail health. Highly recommend!

Natsumi is so kind and incredibly talented! I don’t usually get my nails done, but after going to her, I’ve found myself wanting to book more often. Her studio is clean and welcoming, and the complimentary drink is such a thoughtful touch. I’ve had two sets done by her, including a custom birthday design that she executed perfectly. She was patient, paid close attention to every detail, and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Her work lasts so well, and I always feel like I get my money’s worth. What a fantastic day at M-Tokyo. We specifically wanted an authentic Japanese salon, & having an all-Japanese team made it feel truly special. The slight language barrier was actually quite charming & never got in the way of the outstanding service. A huge thank you to Sayo, who took care of a guest’s broken nail with incredible skill. The repair & colour match were absolutely perfect. And thank you to Miru , who was so thorough, patient, and attentive throughout my service.
