If you haven’t tried Gel Nails on West Street, you are missing out. Cleanest place I have even been to. Awesome conversation, snacks and water. I was always asked at each step if I wanted anything changed. This is my new nail salon. Best one I’ve been to, hands down and I’ve been to a few. Can’t wait to visit again in a few weeks.

Love coming here! I bring my 18month old with me she stays seated for most of the appointment but when she starts bored and getting up to go check things out everyone is so helpful keeping her busy which I truly appreciate and every time I always leave with exactly what I asked for they are all very talented and amazing at what they do!

I was impressed by the friendly service and quiet atmosphere. I enjoyed a manicure and pedicure with art in my toes. Very cute artwork that makes me smile although I wish it was springtime so I could wear sandals and enjoy the artwork more.

Perfect. Today went into prep for vacation. Jennie had great ideas again for colours. Had a mani, pedicure and brow wax. While I was there, 2 other customers came in. Mentioned how far the salon was from their house, but when they find an amazing place, they will drive to it. That made me smile and proved that this salon really knows what they are doing. Another of my friends are going for the first time tomorrow and I know the experience will be fantastic as well. See you in 3 weeks.

This is my favourite nail salon in Orillia! Jenny and Ben (the owners) are friendly, generous, and absolutely fantastic at designing nails! The other staff is great too.

First time at Gel nails and it was great I bought my Granddaughter and she just loved it everyone was so nice , the staff took their time and were not rough like other nail salons I have been to in the past in Orillia the salon was clean I will definitely be making this my new nail salon

The appointment was for my 12 year old daughter, and she said it’s the first nail salon that had an amazing environment. Her nails turned out amazing too. We both will be back.

My nail tech was super nice and even showed me how the metal flake works with the magnet. Super cool!! First set of nails and they are so cute!

This was my first time at Gel Nails, and they were so kind. Jennie took great care with my unruly cuticles, and did a lovely job on my nails.

I had a pedicure a few weeks back and it was great the lady took her time never felt rushed and had a great experience all around. I went back to get my nails done and was quiet please. I rate this place a 5/5 you won’t be disappointed.
