Fatimah is great at what she does. She cut and styled my hair exactly like how I showed her in the picture. I'm very satisfied. Lina did my nails and she was the sweetest. She took her name and made sure I chose the right colours. All the staff are sweet and caring with their customers.

Service at Chloe Jumeirah islands is good. My issue is that the pricing varies and makes no sense. It’s ridiculously expensive compared to other salons. My hands and feet were done in 1 hour. I left the salon at 4:35 and paid 480 for a mani pedi, Acrylic nails refill which was just an application of a liquid and it says 1hr 30 mins is the appointment details which is not accurate and this was not a proper refill I have had it done other places and at Chloe’s before and this was not it. This billing always feels wrong and this is disappointing. I will not be returning .

I love this place because it’s always clean and neat staff very nice and professional most important the result is amazing, today I cut my hair and did jelly polish for my nails and I’m very satisfied with results so beautiful I love it, thank you so much! ❤️

I always have a lovely time at SOTA salon!! Bobbie does my nails and she is just gorgeous and amazing at her job, very quick and so easy going with requests!! All the girls are so so nice, always chatty and enjoy a laugh!! I am always offered a drink as well, coffee is really nice!! Salon is stunning and super clean as well xx
