Charmaine treated me like an absolute princess, even though my feet screamed troll! My nails are perfect ans exactly the length I asked for and nail art on point Something as small as I dont like feeling my nail art was taken to heart and although the dotting tool was used, I cannot feel them at all. Beautiful space. Great communication and responsiveness from Tracy at reception throughout the booking process… she also welcomed me with great warmth. Maite is such a pro… this was by far the most effective massage I have had in a while. The facial was superbly done as well and she’s a good conversationalist with loads of empathy. Keep it up! I subtracted a star for the noise coming from other therapists outside the treatment room.
