Excellent pedi as usual from the nail technicians, but I’ve noted on the past few appts the same person upon arrival often attempts to upsell me on my ‘express gel pedi’ (as named via your online trt menu) and/or gel mani, which I always book in for. It has started to become a point of the treatment process, where it’s shouted across the room in front of clientele, that I’m here for only a “basic” pedicure. My background is Beauty Spa Management, so I know all the tricks of the trade when it comes to upselling. I just don’t think it needs to be laboured on about each time.

I love going to Bonnie at Bon Nail & Spa. She is such a beautiful soul & her nail art is just gorgeous. We always have such a lovely time catching up about our Siamese Cats but most importantly she does amazing nails that last!

My nail tech tonight was amazing. I’ve had her a couple of times before and she always does a great job. Tonight I was in a bit of a rush and asked if I could start earlier and and finish earlier and she did it in record time, with a smile on her face, and her nail work was great!

Emma is amazing, she did such a great job on my nails! It’s difficult to find nail technicians / artists who pay so much attention to detail and put in effort to make sure everything is perfect and Emma made my nails absolutely flawless! I have forgotten the name of the Nail technician but she is absolutely fab, I've been to her at least 3 or 4 times and she has taken great care of me and my nails each time. She tends to understand what I want even if I can't articulate it myself and I get heaps of compliments on my nails. I always feel pampered when I leave.
