Kat was extremely attentive and professional and took time to ensure everything was perfect and that I got what I wanted from the treatment. I felt very well looked after and valued. First time visiting thus salon, and was very impressed that the lovely lady that did my hair had gone up and beyond, had opened the shop on a day that it is normally closed, my appointment was for Monday 21st sep at 16:30, but she phoned me and asked if could re schedule due to staff being ill, which I excepted, but she was very professional, made me very welcome, and did exactly how I wanted to have my hair, could not fault her, the salon and expertise, will defo be coming back in the future, thank you so much, partner said its looked lovely xx

I have had beauty treatments with jess for nearly a year. Jess is very reliable, professional,polite and always uses nice products. Jess keeps her little salon clean fresh and modern. I am considerably older than jess however we always have a good chat about everything in the world. Jess always informs me of new colours in her biab collection for me to try. My treatments around every 3 weeks consist of Biab nails, lashes and eyebrow tint and shape. I am always happy when I leave with the results. Joanne Age 54

I’ve been seeing Kat for over a year, mainly for nails but also treatments when I can. She’s friendly, warm, hilarious, and instantly makes you feel relaxed and cared for. My nails always get compliments, and she delivers exactly what you ask while giving honest advice. She’s incredibly talented, there’s nothing she can’t do. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Now I just need to find time for another of her amazing facials.

I had a back facial and massage and it was excellent. Kat checked I was ok throughout the treatment, adjusting pressure accordingly. She went through my consultation form before starting to double check everything and then sat down with me at the end of the treatment to go through aftercare. All in all, an excellent service and I would recommend her to anyone. Looking forward to trying other treatments x

Kat is one of a kind, she is so welcoming and happy, guaranteed to take all your stresses away with just her smile. Then add in those elbows and firm palms for a massage! I am not one to be touched but after some heavy weights and crouching over my laptop, needs must. Kat got right in between by shoulder blades and made my neck feel like brand new, I didn’t realise I was so tight until she started kneading me. I’m ready to tackle another upper body workout now. Thank you so much x
