I was an hour late to my appointment due to traffic, but the staffs did everything to help and even stay beyond their closing time to accommodate me. The massage and hammam were 10/10 and best I've ever had (and I've been to loads of hammam and massage around the world!) super pleased for my last night in Dubai and felt much lighter for my flight ahead! R Style is an amazing beauty salon—truly one of the best in Dubai.Mr. Amir is exceptional with hair, and the entire team is highly professional and talented. Also nail services are excellent; Ms Hayma, Aya, Berna, Liya amazing. What really stands out is how kind, generous, and positive everyone is. Speechless. My spouse and I had a celebration and this was the best experience our entire trip in Dubai. We did the wedded couple package and enjoyed every moment. Cham Cham and SEM gave amazing massages and facials. They also catered 2 rounds of tea, a birthday cake and a fruit platter. This could never compare in Canada. Additionally, Cham Cham recommended some great products for my skin after going to work on my face. 1000/10. Service, cleanliness, results, privacy, high quality and definitely demure. Dubai may be far, but I know anytime I come back, it will be here.

This was my second visit to Sultana Spa, and it was just as wonderful as the first. I had a Turkish scrub, bubble massage, and Thai massage — each seamless, relaxing, and expertly delivered. The staff are professional, skilled, and genuinely friendly, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The spotless facilities, especially the hot stone steam room, are world-class and deeply rejuvenating. With a perfect location opposite Dubai Mall and stunning Burj Khalifa views, Sultana Spa is a true five-star retreat I’ll happily return to.

Suzie who did my nails was super! She is very attentive and professional. There was a slight mix up with the prices but the staff recognised the issue and corrected it which I greatly appreciate. I’d definitely recommend getting your nails done with Suzie, she is lovely and really cares about delivering a great customer experience. I’ll definitely come back to the salon on my next visit to Dubai.

Today I had a Moroccan bath for men in Dubai with Hisham, and honestly, everything from A to Z was perfect. He paid attention to even the smallest details and made sure the whole experience was relaxing and enjoyable. The prices are also very reasonable for the quality of service. Highly recommended!

My experience at Luci Luna salon was amazing! The staff are very polite, providing great customer service and I've been back twice for a blowdry with Michael the hair dresser. He's experience and quality of work is one of the best I've ever had.
