This was my first visit and I received a facial. My experience was good and the lady was very nice. I don't always feel comfortable when I am being offered other products or services but she was genuinely providing me with helpful options going forward. My results were fantastic; my face feels clean and refreshed. I will be booking again!

I’ve been going to Lady Ming for quite a few years, and today was the most amazing day. Her young protégé finished off my facial with an “Ice Lotus” Facial. It was almost spiritual, and I would recommend it to every person out there to request this.

Great facial, really enjoyed it and will book again. I have had facials at a variety of places, many costing more than here. They have a wide variety of services but it is more Iike having an a la carte facial. Great to customize but also takes away from the relaxation aspect when so many options and add ons. Particularly didn’t like that they charge $5 per whitehead extraction when already paying for cleansing facial. This is also the first place I have been using disposable cloths for facial which is incredibly wasteful.

Today I visited Lady Ming for the first time. My Esthetician, Natasha, was very professional and knowledgeable. I was made to feel comfortable and well informed on the options for my skin type before proceeding with a microdermabrasion, extractions and facial. At no time did I feel uneasy and I very much enjoyed the services of Natasha and Lady Ming Esthetique. I feel confident with the plan developed by Natasha and am excited to add a nice, healthy glow to my skin.

I loved the aqua dermabrasion and really notice the difference in my skin when I go regularly. Ming has a wealth of skincare knowledge which she is more than willing to share. Recommends possible treatments based on the current state of your skin, age, etc and explains how it would be beneficial to you. I highly recommend Lady Ming to anyone of any age.
