I absolutely love Amber. I have been going to her for years. I live on the Southside of Chicago and drive 40 minutes just for her. Her studio is decorated beautifully but most of all Amber is just so special. She always greets me with a smile. We share life stories every visit and it helps distract me from the pain of waxing. Waxing is painful but Amber's technique makes it quick and a lot less painful than my other experiences. I simply love my Amber and I think all of her customers feel the same way.

Where do I even start?! I had an absolute amazing time at my appointment with Theresa! I booked with her back in October, as I was planning a trip from Detroit to Chicago in February, and everything worked out so well! The salon was beautiful, and everyone was so welcoming and nice! And Theresa? The absolute cutest, coolest, and nicest person ever. I absolutely adore the way my hair turned out, it’s definitely my favorite hair color I’ve done, which says something cause I do my hair a lot haha. I can’t wait to plan another trip so I can come back, I had so much fun and Theresa is so talented.❤️

The entire team at Shine On exceeded expectations. I don’t know thst I’ve had a salon experience in Chicago where I felt I was actually being listened to when explaining what I’m looking for. Noah took the time to explain what he was doing, including what I could expect two and three cuts out. I had eyebrow threading done with Weronicka and she too was amazing. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a grown up experience. I’ll be sharing the Shine On business card with friends and look forward to my next salon day.

Besides the fact that my hair is in excellent condition since going to Louy, I get endless compliments on my hair after his fabulous blow outs EVERY time!!! Yolanda has great experience with facial waxing I just love the job she did as a first time lay person experiencing a waxing of the face she did a fantastic job my face after the redness wore down at the end of the day it looks fabulous I can’t wait till she has to do it again. She also does my real nails with a gel topping on top of them and a no chip polish and I’ve gone 2 1/2 to 3 weeks and they last and look like they were just done she is amazing she is the gal to go to or her 2nd hand Flor she also is great

I loved seeing Sam yesterday- The Best blowdry! People stop me everywhere I go!! So happy he opened a full service salon with such talented hairdressers doing color and everything! Even a barber for men, woman and children! Prices are great and they are open 7 days a week! So on Sunday and Monday when you have no where to go to get your hair done now you do!
