Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! My hair turned out perfect! Also my first time having a Hollywood wax and I very quickly became comfortable and didn’t hurt as much as I expected! Highly recommend for everything from hair/nails to waxing and facials/massages! Stunning salon very professional and friendly :)

Great chatty beautician which made the waxing much more bearable. Clearly explained what products would be using and paused when needed during treatment. Went above and beyond to ensure no products contained anything I was allergic to. Excellent service

Fran is such a lovely girl and so caring. She threads eyebrows which is so much better (and less painful!) than waxing. So convenient in the centre of West Bridgford upstairs in the fab No4 Hair Salon.

Emma always makes me feel comfortable, always have my nails and waxing done, I would highly recommend her.

I have been seeing Fran for all my beauty treatments for a number of years now. Fran is absolutely fantastic, she always goes above and beyond to make sure you have an amazing experience. She instantly makes you feel at ease and so obviously cares about her clients and the experience they have. She always tries to accommodate you and her appointments are always calm and relaxing, ensuring you have enough time for the treatment and never making you feel rushed when the treatment is over. I would recommend Fran to anyone.
