Freya was very good and professional throughout. However, the salon was dark and lacked atmosphere. Some music and natural light would have improved the experience. The salon was also very cold.

It was my first time being waxed and honestly I don’t know why I worked myself up so much. Niloo was so lovely and we chatted throughout my whole appointment (Brazilian and leg wax), she made me feel really comfortable before and during and gave me clear aftercare instructions afterwards. My razors going in the bin because I’ll be back!

This is my second time visiting and once again I had such a great experience. The woman who does my waxing is so friendly and welcoming, she really puts you at ease straight away which makes the whole process much more comfortable. She’s also very professional and does an amazing job. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Intimate waxing here always seems a little less painful. All therapists are extremely professional and very welcoming.
