Thrilled with my new brows and lashes, Rachel is excellent. Rachel also helped me to rearrange nail appointments for my girls after I'd made an error booking them on line!! It was no trouble, or she certainly didn't let me know that it was. Great customer service which is what brings you back.

Rachel was excellent throughout and so professional. She checked on me throughout my appointment and made sure that I was comfortable. She was quick to notice other issues with my toes which I hadn’t even spotted and was able to reconstruct the nails. I would never guess that I’ve had toe nail reconstruction because of her meticulous work, and I certainly wouldn’t have guessed it was a training day because of how good she was. The salon was beautiful and clean throughout. All the girls are so lovely and I can tell they care about their work. Thank you

! went in with a few designs in mind; then Laura put her own twist and skills and ideas together… I came out with nails better than I requested! I constantly get compliments on my nails from friends and strangers….as her work is simply beautiful! Never feel rushed or an inconvenience to her, and she likes to make sure you’re happy! The salon has just had a revamp, which gives a clean clinical feel, yet it’s warm and welcoming too. I feel like Laura enjoys her job, wants to be there, loves a challenge, and cares greatly about her clients. Would never go anywhere else now I’ve found Prept!

Love my monthly treat having my nails done by Laura! She listens to your ideas and requests and then does her own ‘magic’ on each nail. She always makes sure you’re happy with what you’ve got at the end…which is always miles better than your original request. I get so many compliments on my nails since coming to PREPT and I can only thank Laura for sharing her talent on MY nails! Always have a laugh, feel at home, and come away feeling refreshed and ready for whatever life throws at me! Thank you yet again Laura xxx

No matter how fat and frumpy you feel; having nice nails makes it all seem better! Laura ALWAYS goes above and beyond and makes you feel wonderful and that you’re worthy of some self love. She takes my crazy life and listens and helps and supports, and knows that I trust her. Her work is phenomenally portrayed in every nail, and her talent is endless. Laura makes my 3yr old feel welcome when he ‘has’ to come with me, and this is so lovely as a mummy. Thanks again Laura. Keep being wonderful!
