Knots were found & removed & tension from quads, lower back & hips removed just like that I also opted for a facial cleanse. Never done anything like this but he explained each part of the process & made it a painless and great experience from start to finish. He uses a variety of cleansers, creams, a mask & others. Immediately after my skin looked much clearer & soft to touch. I will try a different type next time

I’ve been strength training around three times a week, so I regularly deal with tight and sore muscles. I had a sports massage with Veleriu and he really took the time to work on the areas that were particularly tight and knew exactly where the tension was coming from. He’s friendly, professional, and clearly knows what he’s doing. I’ll definitely be booking another session and would highly recommend him, especially if you train regularly.
