All the therapists I've seen at Natural Balance have been excellent but Marion really is exceptional. She must have the strongest hands in Brighton and Hove, I always feel incredible afterwards.

We were in Brighton for the weekend and managed to secure last minute bookings (due to cancellations) for Mini Spa Treatment Package at Wellness&Beauty. We received a warm welcome from the friendly staff. I enjoyed a range of treatments, including a full body aromatherapy massage, facial, foot massage and back scrub. Gloria did a great job tailoring the massage to my preferences. I felt very relaxed and de-stressed after the session. I would recommend the Mini-Spa package, it's great value for money and great way to treat yourself to rest & relaxation. Thank you Wellness & Beauty

I purchased a Teen Facial for my daughter’s birthday, and it was such a lovely experience. My daughter found Lacey’s advice about a skincare routine really helpful – especially the reassurance that she doesn’t need harsh products or a 20-step skincare regime like the ones all over social media. She found the facial incredibly relaxing and felt completely comfortable throughout. It was such a positive introduction to proper skincare in a calm, age-appropriate way. I had a facial with Hettie this afternoon and loved it. Hettie has an excellent and balanced touch, with rhythmic and flowing movements making for a very relaxing experience. Beautiful products are used and my face, neck, head and shoulders have been perfectly worked through restoring my energy levels. I recommend Hettie and Hagon Hair & Beauty very highly. Had such an incredible Skincare Facial with Deep Tissue Massage with Marion, she really took the time to make me look and feel amazing. My wrinkles have vanished and my body doesn't ache! I can't recommend Marion highly enough, she is wonderfully skilled and so warm and welcoming.

Had the best massage experience with Marion today. Very professional and clearly an experienced therapist. The deep tissue massage was incredibly effective at working out the tension and knots, exactly what I was hoping for, and the facial left my skin feeling so soft and refreshed. Highly recommended!

My pedicure and manicure and facial and full body massage was amazing.I always come to this salon because Lola knows how I like each treatment and I love how Lola will do look and have a touch of the treatment area before she starts so you know what she is going to be doing and see will wear gloves for every treatment because I love it because I don’t really like people touching me with their bare hands so knowing that she will always wear gloves is a comfort for me, I don’t know why I just like the feel of disposable gloves I just think that when the beauty therapist wears gloves i am relaxed

I highly recommend treatments with Gloria Yane! I had the facial and massage package and added on the Indian head massage totalling to 2 hours and 45 minutes of absolute bliss! I’d never had a facial before and Gloria explained it to me and done a great job making me feel comfortable and at ease with my treatments, the massage was absolutely amazing and what I liked most of all was how she explained her findings after my massage, telling me my areas that needed more focused attention and explaining why.. I had a truly amazing experience and the decrease in my pain levels after was amazing!

I think the salon is very good value and I highly recommend you try it. My favourite is the hot stone massage.

I had a facial at Natural Balance with Marion, which was excellent. Marion was very knowledgeable regarding my skin issues and made helpful suggestions. The facial and head, neck and shoulder massage was really relaxing. Marion was very friendly, with a nice mix of conversation but quiet time to enjoy the experience. Would definitely recommend and will be coming again!
