Joan is incredible. From the moment I walked in I felt completely at ease and relaxed. The ambience is just so lovely and calming, everything so clean and fresh and smelling beautiful. The facial itself was amazing (with a great massage included!). And the personalised skin advice was VERY much appreciated. Joan really knows her stuff and emails you a detailed analysis of your skin at the end. The option to buy a variety of personally recommended products is there, but not overly pushed at all.
