Mel always listens to what I ask for and I always leave happy! Mel not only colour, cuts, styles etc. but she explains in detail how to care for your hair. Mel’s salon is warm and inviting and she offers amazing tea/coffee which is great after driving from Brisbane to Gold Coast which is worth every minute of drive. 🥰

Felt very welcome here. Tarra looked after my hair, which was burnt by another salon a few weeks ago. She was very caring, and gave very useful advice to make my hair nicer despite the recent disaster. Thanks!!

Michelle and her team are great. Every visit I have left very happy with my hair. I haven't been able to experience this with a hairdresser for a long time. Highly reccomend Frenz Hair Salon.

Been seeing Michelle for about 8 years now! Best service and best price. I’ve paid $300 at high end salons who have ruined my hair, so I will only ever see Michelle! She’s an amazing hairdresser who actually cares about her clients and will always have a laugh.

Mel is amazing! I drive from Brisbane to Hope Island because she is the best! Mel listens to what you ask for, gives respectful advice and I always walk out feeling happy. Her salon is the cutest and their is ample parking right out front.

I’ve been seeing Michelle for YEARS. I will never go to anyone else and whenever I have I’ve instantly regretted it! She knows exactly what my hair needs and is amazing at keeping my hair blonde but natural looking. My hair has grown from a broken mullet to long locks! If you have ruined your hair with box dye, had another hair dresser ruin your hair or need help with extensions she is your woman! She will know exactly what you need for your hair, skin type and lifestyle for low maintenance options. She is full of knowledge and amazing conversation. Will always leave with a smile on my face!

I was so happy with my hair and makeup. I completely trusted the stylist to do my look and she made me look and feel amazing. The products felt really nice on my skin as well. My friends makeup and hair was done beautifully as well.

I love getting my hair done by Josie. Josie is my number one hairdresser, she is a beautiful person and takes the time to get to know you and understands what you want. She helps you achieve your look your after. Josie offers outstanding service and she definitely looks after you. Josie is definitely a hairdresser I would recommend to everyone. You will not be disappointed.

I've been going to Lux since Dec'21 when I decided 2 days before Xmas that I wanted a radical new look. After calling at least 15 salons, I was lucky enough to be squeezed in with Kelly & Storm,& they did a PHENOMENAL job with my colour correction & new hair style. Since then I've been returning regularly & my hair has NEVER looked better or been healthier. The skills, care & expertise offered by Kelly, Storm & the team is by far the best I've ever received in a Salon & I can't recommend them highly enough. If you're looking for exceptional Hairdressers & Stylists you CAN'T go past Lux Salon
