I went in for soft gel tips with nail art. This was my first time visiting the place and was a bit skeptical as their Instagram page does not have a display of nails. However the results were great and I am extremely happy with the outcome! The staff is all friendly and welcoming, I enjoyed my time there. I was assisted by Audrey, she has a neat and steady hand, I am extremely happy with the outcome of the nails. I was also happy with the nail shape. P.S. Your work is great - and should be displayed more on your social media platforms

I highly recommend this place! I got my brows done and decided to try eyelash extensions for the first time. I was a bit nervous, but the stylist walked me through everything and recommended a classic half set. They turned out absolutely perfect—lightweight, gorgeous, and exactly the boost I wanted. My brows look clean and shaped beautifully too. Thank you for making my first lash experience so wonderful!

This was the best massage I’ve had in Cape Town. Stephanie is the definition of calm, welcoming and relaxing, and she gave a phenomenal massage. She identified areas my muscles were holding tension and methodically worked out the knots and tension, without skipping other areas just because she spend extra time working my back and shoulders for example. I will be recommending a massage at the Banksia to everyone I know and definitely plan to go back asap!!

Highly Recommend Silk Beauty I had my very first waxing experience at Silk, and I cannot recommend them enough! I was a bit nervous going in, but Claudine completely put me at ease. She made me feel incredibly comfortable from start to finish, walking me through the entire process and letting me know exactly what to expect.She also shared so many helpful tips and post-care recommendations, which I appreciated so much as a first-timer.
