This was my first time coming to this spa in Worcester and it was a lovely experience! I had never tried gel manicure before and the friendly staff walked me through it and also helped coordinate my appointment so I could sit next to a friend who made an appointment too. My nail technician was Emma, who was so nice and sweet and welcoming. She checked in at each step to make sure the style and color and cut were what I was looking for. I love the result and will definitely go there again! Costs are reasonable, the staff are health conscious and keep everything sanity and safe. Great experience

This place is the best! I’ve been seeing Tiffany for three years and we’ve become friends in addition to her doing my nails and toes exactly as I want them. she knows me and gives me what I want every time, in both the color and the shape. Additionally I’ve gotten to know and love the other girls in the shop. Michelle is now my therapist and Whinnie cheers happy cheers every time I arrive. It’s always a wonderful and happy experience! Ana was such a wonderful help in fixing my nails after I had really messed them up by biting them and trying to remove a gel manicure myself (oops!). She took great care in shaping them and giving me advice for after care to keep them healthy. All the staff were very kind and welcoming and kept the stations and materials clean with excellent safety and health protocols. Easy booking online and no wait when I got there at all. I will definitely return!

Today I had Jess and Zoey for my manicure and pedicure. They are such an amazing technician that cared about the details a lot. I got Tropical Bliss Pedicure and manicure with paraffin. The salon is beautiful and clean! Tim was great. I was getting my liquid gel drilled off and he was very honest about how weak my nails were going to be. He made sure I left the salon with shape I wanted & buffed them out so they were nice and smooth!
