I always look forward to coming to White Lotus in Bothell. I see Leah for shellac and nail art, religiously. I truly feel welcomed by Kim whenever I come in. I found out about White Lotus through my cousin who has been coming in for years. I highly recommend White Lotus in Bothell!

I have an upscale event coming up and, of course, I broke my thumb nail and suddenly realized my polish didn't match my dress at all. I got in pretty last minute, was beyond thrilled the owner actually took the time to help me choose the right color to match my blue sparkly dress but helped me adjust the shape to something I love way more. They're SO pretty! Im over the moon. Fantastic experience!

I’m picky about my nails, and she absolutely nailed it — literally. The attention to detail is crazy. Every edge is clean, the shape is even, and the polish looks smooth and flawless, like it was done by a machine… except better, because she actually cares. You can tell she takes pride in her work. She doesn’t rush, she pays attention to the small things most techs overlook, and the final result is perfect. I walked out staring at my hands like a weirdo the whole drive home. If you want someone who treats your nails like actual art, go to her. She’s worth it.

Jodi seemed to rush a bit at the end and a lot of clear coat ended up flooding the cuticle and one nail ended up a bit thick at the tip but otherwise she did a good job.

It was great until I went to pay and was told there was a 5.00 charge to have the shellac removed for my shellac manicure, had them done last month no charge , I think they should of waived the charge this time since there was no notice about this , now I will have to think about coming back I really like Naydia , she does a great

My experience was great! My acrylic manicure was super cute and whoever did my nails did a lovely job😍! However, I did have to wait a little bit even with an appointment but that is understandable! Since the salon was a bit busy, I understand having to wait. The ladies are sweet and so kind! Overall, I had a great experience☺️ Can’t wait to book again!

I have become a regular, but once, there were booked. So I made the mistake of going somewhere else once, and boy did I regret it. My nails were all broken and in bad shape when I was able to see Jody. I was happy to be back today. She showed me their new line of polishes, and I went for the Blue Sparkle. Very very pleased.

Exceeded my expectations! So gentle on my removal for an old set. I had my tech Lee, do a freestyle design and she incorporated my basic wants (shape & acrylic powder color.. which she customized for me). She asked my favorite colors and most liked design concepts and combined them to create pure magic. I've already booked future appts!
